Shipping policy
At jprint.shop we understand that our customers want their toner cartridges as soon as possible. We ship most orders within 24 hours after payment is received. We update the order status with a tracking number sent by email when the order is picked up by any of our shipping partners
Shipping Methods
To deliver your order we may use UPS, USPS, FedEx and other shipping carriers. During checkout several delivery time options are available based on your postal zip code.
For Non Continental States like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Protectorates, only USPS Express and Priority Services will be offered during checkout. For P.O. Boxes, APO and military addresses we recommend USPS Mail Services.
Free Shipping Offer
All orders are free to go to the continental US. Customers will have the option to select other express services during checkout if express delivery is required. The free shipping offer is not available for non-continental states or international orders.
International Shipping
We welcome all international orders on Jprint.shop. We usually ship by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping options for international orders will be provided during checkout based in your location. Shipping costs paid do not include any taxes or duties in the destination country. We ship by USPS Priority Mail all orders from Canada.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address when placing an order. Jprint.shop does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping address. Orders with an incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or USPS, and returned to Do it Wiser as undeliverable. If a shipment is re-routed, UPS or USPS will charge a fee of $10 than will be transferred to the customer.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST may be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
